Matritouch.com  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area. 

Customs Duty and taxes ( Deliveries outside India) 

The customs duties and taxes as applicable will be paid by customer at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are charged as per prevailing rates by customs department of each country, payable by customer. 


How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is calculated on weight-basis (actual weight/volumetric) separately for every product  For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the weight and size of the packaging for shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders more no. of products will benefit on the bulk shipping charge. The shipping charges are not inclusive of customs duty and same will be payable by the customer directly to the logistics company on actual basis. The custom clearance will be facilitated by the shipping company.  The KYC docs and doctors prescription will be required for release of supplements from customs. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days from th time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 15 to 21 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. For the orders outside USA, shipments will go through customs inspection/clearance. For orders from India, we will facilitate the customs clearance after collecting necessary details required for clearance. For orders from all other countries, our shipping company will facilitate the customs clearance and if any details are required, they will contact our customers. Customs duty and taxes will have to be directly paid by customers to shipping company at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any delay at customs. 



What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9073952677 or email us at matritouch@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Lee Silsby/Hopewell Pharmacy Products - Shipping policy 

Ajitur Solutions LLC and www.matritouch.com recommends that customers make their make own arrangements for all orders from Lee Silsby Pharmacy, USA. However, please note that at present Lee Silsby Pharmacy doesn’t supply to Indian addresses, and therefore customers can make arrangements through reshipment companies.

Customers can also send a written request to www.matritouch.com to help in shipment of Lee Silsby products to their non USA address. Ajitur Solutions may agree, based on the written request, to accept customer order from Lee Silsby at it’s warehouse in USA and re-ship to customer’s address outside USA. Customer has to pay in advance the stocking and handling fee, customs charge and India shipment fee (which will be notified over email). Ajitur Solutions will provide information of arrival of shipment from Lee Silsby and dispatch of the items to customer address along with courier tracking details, after the necessary charges are paid. However, Ajitur Solutions and www.matritouch.com will not be responsible for delays in the shipment reaching the customer address nor the condition of the shipment received. Many of the shipments from Lee Silsby needs temperature control. We will send those items in the same packaging and with the ice packs as received from Lee Silsby. However, the shipments are sent on standard shipment and we have no control on maintaining temperature inside the packaging. Therefore, Ajitur Solutions LLC and www.matritouch.com will NOT refund, take back or discount for any items from Lee Silsby delivered to customers. Customers have to give a written acceptance of this shipping policy before we agree to accept shipments for Lee Silsby items. Delivery is based on the transit and custom release. Matritouch is not liable for any delay in delivery.
